1. Data Collection & Sybil Resistance

To power the community leaderboard and prevent bot farming, we securely link your public X (Twitter) profile to your connected Web3 wallet. We enforce a strict 1-to-1 mapping. We record your X handle, avatar URL, connected wallet address, and account creation date to verify eligibility (accounts must be older than 6 months).

2. Wallet Connection & Balance Scanning

We use Privy to securely authenticate your Web3 wallet. We never ask you to sign transactions or approve asset transfers. We only perform read-only scans of public blockchain data to verify your $GARRI token holdings and ensure you meet the minimum $10 threshold.

3. Automated Tweet Analytics

Our system runs automated tasks to scan your public X posts for specific keywords (e.g. $GARRI, @garrionchain). We only track engagement metrics (likes, replies, views) on these specific posts to accurately calculate your leaderboard score. We never access your private data or direct messages.

4. Cookies & Cache

We use essential local storage mechanisms and session cookies (via NextAuth and Privy) to keep you securely logged in to your X and wallet sessions while you navigate the dApp.

5. Third-Party Protocols

We integrate with X for OAuth 2.0 authentication, Privy for secure wallet onboarding, and DexScreener for live token pricing. Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to disconnect your X account or Web3 wallet at any time. If you wish to completely delete your mapped data or appeal a sybil flag, please reach out to @garrionchain on X.
